Bluezone Vitrified: A Creative Ceramics Brand exhibiting at Ceramic Expo 2019

The Indian Ceramic Market is well-known across the globe for its superior ceramic tiles and sanitary ware products. Today, the Morbi Cluster leads the major export of ceramic tiles from the Indian market. The entire credit is earned by the ceramic brand owners, who have constantly delivered the blend of exotic ceramic designs and quality to the buyers from across the globe.

The Ceramix Expo 2019 is back with a bang after two successful editions (2016 & 2017). This time the 40+ participated countries are showing up their interest and agenda with the International Expo. If we follow the news headlines, the expo is expecting buyers and exhibitors from 100+ major metro cities of the world. This year, the exhibition is going to be super-huge for the Morbi Cluster market, as they get to explore the business and commercial opportunities from renowned countries like Spain, USA, UK, Australia, Africa and the Middle East.

We recently interviewed Mr Manoj Patel, the owner of Bluezone Vitrified, Morbi. We got to know about his 12 years long journey with the ceramic industry during our chit-chat. When asked about the difference in the Ceramic industry from now and then; he firmly replied, “That was a different world, and this is a new world. We have all the latest technologies and machinery for production capacity and innovation. Before a decade ago, there wasn’t enough technical support with us”. He further added, “From designs to quality and technology; everything is changed in the last few years.”

Mr Patel believes that the customer is the king of the market. The demands of the customers take hold of the market competition as the customers to decide from whom to purchase out of the entire Morbi Cluster.

The brand’s production unit is spread across 55,000 sq — metres in Morbi, Gujarat. When asked about the famous products of Bluezone Vitrified, Mr Patel said that they mainly deal into two product types, i.e. GVT and PGVT ceramic tiles. The brand’s Polished Glazed Vitrified tile designs offer more than 700 choices for the customer with different features to choose from, including matic, sugar finish, high gloss, etc.

Bluezone Vitrified has 32 countries on board as its importer, and the company is happy to share 30-40% of his total production for the export market. The brand has captured many countries from the world, including Asian Countries, Middle East, USA, U.K and many more. The company’s last year turnover is around 80-90 crores, including the domestic as well as the International market.

Our reporter asked Mr Patel about his success mantra behind the big export market; he replied, expressing his gratitude towards the International exhibitions.

“We always take part in the International Exhibitions for increasing our export reach, and we have been a part of the Ceramix Expo in the year 2016 and 2017. Bluezone Vitrified has increased both domestic and International buyers with the Vibrant Ceramics 2017.”
